All single barbells were out of stock during COVID. But Xmark still had some curl bar and barbell combos. So i bought the Blackhaw. Im using it at the home gym with lots of lifting outside on the rough concrete. The barbells we had so far were "cheap" ones from CAP (though they all were around $200). This is nigth and day different. I really like the knurling so far. I love the coating and how grippy it is. Time will tell if it holds up to rust. The bearings make the ends spin very nicely and powerlifts are very smooth. I haven't dropped the bar with a lot of weight yet and overall don't plan on lifting more than 500lbs so I will never get to the rated capacity. Super happy with the quality of the bar and the overall value.
