I purchased a reconditioned unit since I intended to use outside and it saved me about $40. Hard to tell what was reconditioned as it appeared new. The hardware, bolts nuts and pads were definitely new. No issues putting together and everything fit as intended. Nice that all the bolts and nut were one size. I used an 11/16" socket and box wrench. I'm 6' and about 210#. No problem with stability or movement doing any of the exercises and I even use a resistance band to help with pull ups. All in all I'd highly recommend. Just be conscious of the space it requires.
